5 What you agree to

I understand my puzzle is made from the image I supply. Colours print a little differently on wood, the keyline cuts through parts of the picture, and the preview on this page is only a guide. Once work has started a bespoke puzzle cannot be returned or refunded. I will send my image at 300 dpi or better by WeTransfer to soul@soulpuzzles.com, quoting my order number, within 7 days of ordering. The WeTransfer link is on my order confirmation. Bespoke puzzles are paid by EFT (bank transfer) in full before work starts. The bank details are on my order confirmation, and my puzzle is made once the payment reflects. Soul Puzzles will confirm my design by email before cutting, and may ask me for a better image or a small change.
