Heart Chakra

About This Puzzle

• The Heart Chakra, Anahata, as a challenging shaped puzzle filled with affirmations: a thoughtful gift for yoga practitioners, mindfulness lovers and spiritual seekers.

Soothing greens glow against a soft pink floral background around the traditional twelve-petalled lotus and interlocking triangles. At the centre is the affirmation "I AM CONNECTED.", surrounded by "I PRACTICE LOVING KINDNESS.", "I BREATHE MYSELF INTO WHOLENESS.", "I FORGIVE MYSELF, I FORGIVE OTHERS." and "I AM WORTHY OF LOVE." A gentle reminder that healing, forgiveness and connection begin in the heart.
