We’re a small team in Durban making and curating wooden jigsaw puzzles. Whatever you need — a question about an order, a puzzle that arrived damaged, an idea for a bespoke commission — write to us and a person will read it.

We aim to reply within two business days. If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number so we can look it up straight away — and if a puzzle has arrived damaged, attach a photo and we can often resolve the whole thing in a single email.

This is our postal and returns address, not a walk-in shop — please don’t arrive unannounced, as there may well be nobody there to let you in. If you’d like to see the puzzles in person, email us and we’ll arrange a time.
Sending a return? Please email us first and wait for confirmation. A parcel that turns up unannounced can’t be matched to an order, which only slows your refund down.
When you’ll hear back
We read email every business day and aim to reply within two business days. Messages that arrive over a weekend or a public holiday are picked up on the next business day. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line and we’ll move it up the queue.
