• The Story of Lourdes
• The title of this puzzle is inspired by the events at Lourdes, France, where in 1858 a young girl named Saint Bernadette Soubirous reported eighteen apparitions of the Virgin Mary at the Grotto of Massabielle.

Bernadette came from a poor family and was only fourteen years old when the apparitions began on 11 February 1858. During the visions, she described seeing a lady dressed in white with a blue sash. In a later apparition, the lady identified herself as "the Immaculate Conception."

One of the most significant events occurred when Bernadette was instructed to dig into the ground near the grotto, revealing a spring of water that still flows today. The site has since become one of the world's most visited places of Christian pilgrimage.
